These are the joining instructions for registered delegates.  If you have not registered, please do so HERE. 

Delegates can log in to the Summit App from Wednesday, 3^rd December (5 pm GMT) 2025.

All delegates have been registered for the Summit app (Whova), enabling you to view the speaker’s PowerPoint slides, follow and contribute to the Summit chat/discussions, and submit questions for the panel debates. 

For those that are joining virtually, you will be able to follow the Summit via a “Live Stream” as per the agenda (UK GMT)

If you are attending in person, you can mute the live stream but still follow the live chat, and you will benefit from viewing the speaker slides as they are presented.

Videos of speaker presentations and panel discussions will be added to the virtual platform within 48 hours of the live event. You can watch or re-watch them later, and they will be available for 3 months after the Summit.

GETTING STARTED ON WHOVA

Once you have accessed the webpage or app click “sign up”, enter the email address you registered with and create a password.  You will now have access to the E-Cigarette Summit UK 2025 and be able to add a photo and edit your profile.

FAQs

• Logging in: If you’ve received joining instructions from us, you are registered for the event.  When accessing Whova please make sure you use the same email address that you registered with.  You will have access to the Summit from Wednesday 3rd December, 5 pm (GMT London)
• Already have Whova App installed: When you have Whova installed already, it doesn’t always recognise that you’ve been added to the attendee list for this particular event.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will usually rectify this, or you can email info@smooth-events.com for an access code which will allow you to enter.
• Troubleshooting: Most technical glitches (eg no sound, can’t see a session etc) are fixed when closing down the app or web browser window and re-opening again. And/or, if accessing via desktop, by ensuring you use a modern browser such as Chrome.

Common problems & solutions

• Ensure that you have cookies enabled on your browser
• Some academic institutions have strict firewalls that restrict or block access to 3^rd party platforms like Whova. If this applies to you, consider using a tablet or mobile device to access the Summit, or ask your IT department to grant access.
• We recommend trying to log in before the event on December 3rd to check that everything works properly and to seek support if needed.
